Safety plans

We may request to see your safety plan for activities that involve risk. This helps us understand how you will keep attendees safe.

What to bring

Depending on your session, you may need to bring:

  • Your own materials — We provide the space and basic equipment, not specialist supplies
  • Laptop and cables — For presentations (HDMI cable available, or use AirPlay/Miracast)
  • Extension leads — If you need power in specific locations (must be surge protected)
  • First aid supplies — If your activity has specific first aid requirements beyond our basic kit

What we provide

  • Tables (foldable, on castors) and chairs
  • WiFi and internet
  • TV with screen mirroring (AirPlay, Miracast) and HDMI — located in the meeting space
  • Basic tea and filter coffee (you can make batch brew for your guests)
  • Kettle and hot water
  • Basic first aid kit
