Equipment

Equipment available for your workshop or event.

Available equipment

  • Samsung Frame 55" TV: AirPlay, Miracast, HDMI (located in the meeting space)
  • HDMI cable: for connecting to the TV
  • Extension leads (surge protected): ask if you need additional
  • Tables (foldable, lockable castors): 140cm by 70cm, connectable, with footrest and hooks
  • Chairs: enough for capacity, with extra stools and some meeting-space chairs
  • Whiteboards (three movable acoustic panels): around 1.2m by 0.8m each, and you can line them up for one large board or split them for break-out groups
  • Wide-screen monitors: two available on request

TV

The Samsung Frame 55" TV is located in the meeting space and can be used for:

  • Presentations and slides
  • Video playback
  • Video calls (with your own device)
  • Screen sharing

Power

Power outlets are available throughout the space.

Surge protection required

If you need to bring your own extension leads or power boards, they must be surge/overload protected. See House Rules for electrical safety requirements.

What we do not provide

  • Projector (bring your own if you are presenting slides)
  • Microphone / PA system
  • Specialist workshop materials
  • Printing

If you need equipment we do not provide, you will need to bring your own.

Equipment requests

If you have specific equipment needs for your session, discuss this when arranging your booking. We may be able to accommodate requests or suggest alternatives.

Care and responsibility

Please treat equipment with care:

  • Report any damage or faults promptly
  • Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself
  • You are responsible for any damage caused during your session (including damage caused by your attendees)
