Terms and Conditions
These terms help our small, shared space run smoothly. If anything is unclear, ask us.
Effective date
These terms are effective from 29 January 2026. Contact: [email protected]
What coworking is
Coworking is a bookable day in our shared, open-plan workspace. The vibe is focus-first, with social time usually happening around lunch.
Shared use
Our spaces are designed for mixed use.
- Coworking is at the back — Desks and meeting spaces are in the back section of the premises
- Retail at front — The front of the premises may have a retailer operating or displaying their wares
- Respect other users — Please do not touch retail displays or merchandise unless the retailer is open and you are browsing as a customer
See House Rules for more details.
Restricted areas
The storage room at the back of the premises is out of bounds and no access is granted.
- This area contains equipment that poses safety risks (ladders, tools, etc.)
- If you need something, ask us
CCTV
CCTV is in operation at the entrance and retail area for security purposes. By using the space, you consent to being recorded in these areas.
- CCTV footage is used for security and safety purposes only
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle recordings
The Coworking Guide and House Rules
Our Coworking Guide (including House Rules) is part of these terms and applies to all coworking attendees.
If there is any conflict between the guide and these terms, these terms apply.
What is included
Generally included with coworking:
- Desk, chair, and power
- Shared Wi-Fi / internet
- Tea and batch brew coffee
- Milk and fridge access
- Basic kitchenette (hot water)
- Toilet
- Access to meeting rooms (4–6 people, TV), subject to availability and fair use
Inclusions may change from time to time (for example during maintenance, events, or outages). See What's Included and Facilities for full details.
Bookings
- Bookings are made through our booking platform
- Capacity is limited, so booking is required to guarantee a seat
- You must be logged in to your booking account to redeem pack/credit bookings
- We may release sessions in blocks and/or use a waitlist
See Booking for more details, including how to book a day.
Session types and availability
We offer a few ways to use the space. Names and prices may change over time.
Home Day passes
Home Day passes give you priority access on your nominated day (for example, Tuesday or Wednesday).
- Home Day members still need to book their attendance
- Home Day bookings may open earlier than other session types
- Home Day priority seats are not transferable to other days
Flex spots
Flex spots are limited bookable seats for:
- Swapping days for convenience
- An extra day here and there
- Occasional attendance
If flex spots are full, you may need to waitlist or choose another day.
Fair use of flex spots
Flex spots are limited. If demand is high, we may limit repeated bookings outside your nominated Home Day so that occasional users and swaps remain possible for everyone.
Packs (credits)
- Packs include a set number of coworking days
- Packs activate on your first booked day
- Packs expire based on what you purchased (for example: 8 days over 10 weeks)
- Credits can be used on any available coworking day, subject to capacity and booking rules
- Packs are not transferable by default
See Packs for more details.
Casual (one-off) days
We may offer one-off day bookings when there is space. Casual bookings may be priced higher than pack rates and may be released closer to the date.
Meeting rooms
- Meeting rooms can be used ad-hoc if free, but a booking takes priority
- We may reserve one room at set times for shared group rhythm
- Fair use applies — we may limit long or back-to-back bookings so everyone gets a turn
See Meeting Spaces for more details.
Cancellations
- Cancel via the booking platform
- Cancel at least 12 hours before the start time to keep your credit
- Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the credit (we may make exceptions at our discretion)
If we need to cancel a session
Sometimes we need to cancel a coworking day (for example: maintenance, safety, outages, extreme weather, or low attendance).
- If we cancel, you will receive a credit back to your pack (or an equivalent remedy)
- We may cancel a session if minimum attendance is not met (generally 2 people)
Payments
- Online payments are processed via our booking platform and payment provider (for example Stripe)
- Some payment methods may include processing/service fees
- GST is excluded unless stated otherwise
Honesty fridge / retail items
We may offer extras like canned drinks on an honour system. Please pay using the methods provided. If you are unsure whether something is paid or free, just ask.
See Purchases for payment details.
