Meeting Spaces
Need a private space for a call or meeting? Here is what is available and how to book.
What is available
Meeting spaces seat 4-6 people and include a TV for presentations and video calls.
Meeting spaces are shared. Bookings take priority over ad-hoc use.

How to book
Meeting spaces are booked via Momence.
- 1
Go to the meeting space booking page
- 2Make sure you are logged in to your Momence account
- 3Select an available time slot
- 4Confirm your booking
You can also book via the Momence app. See the Booking section for app details.
Group blocks
We may block one meeting space at certain times for shared group rhythm:
- 10:00am
- 12:00pm - 1:30pm
Fair use
We may apply guidelines so everyone gets access - for example, limits on long or back-to-back bookings.
Using the TV
Meeting spaces have a Samsung Frame 55" TV, good for calls and small meetings.
Connection options
- AirPlay (Apple devices) - Look for "Frame 55" in your AirPlay menu
- Miracast / Wireless Display (Windows) - Where supported
- HDMI - Usually the most reliable option. Cable is in the meeting space.
WiFi required for wireless display
To use AirPlay or Miracast, you must be connected to the "Common Good Spaces" WiFi network (the one with a password from your booking confirmation). The public hotspot will not work for wireless display.
Quick tips
- Arrive a few minutes early for setup
- If audio is needed, confirm your output device (TV vs laptop)
- For video calls, test your connection before the meeting starts
HDMI is usually the most reliable option if you are having trouble with wireless.
Best practices
- Keep noise reasonable - Meeting spaces are not fully soundproofed
- Clean up after - Push in chairs, take your rubbish
- Finish on time - Others may have booked the next slot
